Instructional Coach

Hi! I am Jenni Schauf. This is my first year as a secondary instructional coach for Starmont and West Central. Before this position, I taught seven years at Starmont as a secondary special education teacher as well as a middle school language arts/reading teacher for two years. I am also entering my fifth year as Starmont's assistant cross country coach.

My goal for the school year is to partner with Starmont and West Central teachers in order to attain student-centered goals. In addition, I hope to form new relationships, create networks, and develop professionally in order to make a greater impact on student learning.

My family includes my husband who is a high school English teacher, coach, and model teacher at Oelwein. We have three children: Conley (3rd grade), Landry (K), and Elise (3-years-old). We also added a puppy, Cora, to our mix this summer.
